Patient and care details support counselling, assessments and continuity of care.
Appointment details support booking and scheduling.
Contact details support reminders and updates by WhatsApp, email and in-app, according to your communication consent.
Reports are shared only with the relevant permission and consent. Emergency contacts are used for safety with the required consent.

Clinical consent is separate for each purpose. You can withdraw it from your account as easily as giving it. You can request access, correction, erasure, grievance review or nomination from My data and privacy. Under-18s need guardian consent and assent. We do not track children or send them targeted advertising.
